Synopsis
Molly, the shy, romance-starved wife of an arrogant frontier sheriff, finds herself drawn to a prisoner in her husband's jail. After an outlaw (Sam Elliott) is brought to justice, he begins to work on the sheriff's wife (Vera Miles) and eventually gets her to help him escape from prison.
